educational information project aimed at presenting our knowledge and experiences about healthy and disease-free living.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>It is run by Dr Alamgir Hussain (PhD) and Dr Michael Chang (PhD), trained in Biochemistry, and Molecular and Cell Biology at the graduate, doctoral and post-doctoral levels, with additional training in Diet, Nutrition and Lifestyle for healthy living.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>According to renowned health professionals, such as Prof. David Katz (Yale University) and Prof. David Dodick (Mayo Clinic), our species are facing an impending threat to exist as well-functioning societies due to the ever-widening burden of noncommunicable diseases (autism, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular, respiratory and neurological diseases and cancer etc.), already overwhelming our healthcare systems and crippling our economies.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>On this platform, Dr Hussain and Dr Chang will share their 15 years of meticulous research on, and experiences of, how one can live healthy and disease-free by adopting right diet, nutrition, and lifestyle.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>It is hoped that dietary, nutritional and lifestyle information presented on this platform will motivate people to adopt healthy diet and lifestyle so as to blunt the superfast expansion of the chronic diseases and help us avoid an impending threat to exist as well-functioning societies, and even possibly to the survival of our
